Ark Tobacco Machinery is a project of Ark Digital Media Ltd, a UK-registered company. We source cigarette and tobacco machinery from a network of rebuilders, manufacturers and closing factories, check it, and deliver it to manufacturers worldwide.
Buying machinery across borders is where most new factories lose money — wrong format, missing parts, a “Mark 9” that turns out to be something else. Our job is to stop that happening.

How do I choose a cigarette machinery supplier?
Ask for real photos and videos of the exact machine, its serial number, a clear statement of whether it is original or Chinese-built, run-test evidence, warranty terms, Incoterms and who handles installation — in writing, before any deposit.
Do you supply new or used machinery?
Both — new to order, and used or rebuilt machines from factory closures and rebuilders. See used machinery for sale.

What payment terms do you offer?
Typically a deposit on order and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer to a company account, confirmed on a pro-forma invoice.
